6th Grade and Junior High Parents,
Due to our current enrollment in 7th and 8th grade, we have elected to allow our 6th graders some opportunities to compete in some games within the following guidelines:
JUNIOR HIGH VOLLEYBALL: The 7th and 8th graders will travel and play in away games. The 6th grade will not unless the away team has a C team (we anticipate that most away teams WILL NOT have C teams). If the 6th grade has an away game, we will notify parents as soon as we can, but at this time we DO NOT anticipate that there will be any away C team games. Regarding home games, we will do our best to schedule C team games, and possibly some inter-squad scrimmages. We will do our best to notify parents of these home opportunities as well.
JUNIOR HIGH CROSS COUNTRY: Our 6th grade runners are currently practicing with the Junior and Senior High teams and may compete with coach and parental approval. Parents and the coaches are encouraged to conference about this opportunity on a case by case basis.
JUNIOR HIGH FOOTBALL: 6th grade players will continue to practice with the 7th and 8th graders. 6th graders may complete in games with the approval of the parents and coach. Parents and the coach are encouraged to conference about this opportunity on a case by case basis.
