This young lady was chosen by Mrs. Morash to receive the RARE Award for Responsibility. She maintains a positive and neutral stance in social situations. She gets along with her peers.
On Tuesday the Kinder - 3rd grade presented an amazing play. The students and parents then had a delicious pumpkin desert before they left for the holiday. Two 3rd grade boys stayed and cleaned the Bronco Room when everyone left. They did an amazing job and earned RARE Kids of Character awards for being accountable for cleaning up after their performance. Amazing job!

Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you all are enjoying family, food and friends today! We want to extend a special thank you to the supporters of our school/athletic programs for their generosity over the past year. We have two new additions to be grateful for!
First is an additional weight training rack that was purchased through a grant gifted by the Stapleton Public School Foundation Board.
This rack is in addition to the four that were purchased last year. The increase in participation numbers in the weight room and the guidance by Coach Deines have been phenomenal which necessitated additional equipment. The donors and foundation board are greatly appreciated!
Additionally, the Stapleton Schools Booster Club purchased this cart to be utilized at both home and away contests to store water bottles, med kit supplies or other items needed during the course of contests.
Thank you to everyone who supports the school, the cooperative and these wonderful organizations that provide so much for our students, staff and community. Enjoy your holiday!
The accounting classes utilize online assignments. This prepares students for real life accounting and bookkeeping that is mainly performed using computer applications, such as Quicken and Quickbooks.
Attention SVM Parents and Community Members: You are invited to a public meeting with Mr. Johnson to review the fall athletic season and discuss upcoming plans for the sports cooperative. Meeting will be held Monday Dec 2nd at 6pm in Stapleton Schools Public Library.

The Student Council and the National Honor Society joined forces to create this gingerbread-themed tree for the Christmas Around Town silent auction. Students created ornaments that represent the various teams and activities available at our school.
Head down to the community center to see the trees on display. There is a lot to see and do in Stapleton today!! 🎄🎄
🎄🎨Our art department has been busy using their creativity to bring a Christmas tree to life! During art classes, students from a few different grade levels have contributed their art talents to decorate and a unique tree that will be up for auction. This tree displays mini clay stars, string wrapped stars, swirl paint ornaments, and printed digital design ornaments.
This tree will be in a silent auction during Christmas Around Town taking place tomorrow in Stapleton.
Girls Wrestling schedule update: Added a new meet - Saturday Dec 7th in Perkins County (10:30am - CST)
We had two 6th grade students earn RARE award yesterday afternoon. These students are both very responsible and are great at helping in the classroom. Neither like to be recognized for their kindness but their teacher caught them being kind and wanted everyone to know that they are really great young people. Way to go!
EARLY RELEASE REMINDER: Stapleton Public Schools will have a 3:02pm release on Tuesday, Nov 26th. Afternoon bus schedules will adjust 30 min accordingly.
Two students received. their RARE awards today. They both use their time wisely in class . The 3rd grade student follows directions well. The kindergarten student is responsible, reads at home, turns is work and does his best.
I wanted to share some pictures with you from the Hershey and South Loup Jr. High wrestling tournaments. The athletes have learned a lot this year and shown growth. They are doing well for being a very young team. They have 2 meets left. The Mullen wrestling meet is Friday and the Perkins County wrestling meet is Monday in Grant. If you can come watch these young athletes.
