Today Stapleton Speech Team participated in the Maxwell Wildcat Speech Invitational! Out of 24 schools that competed, Stapleton finished 5th overall as a team! Over 200 total students participated today!

Tessa Hansen Humorous 5th (out of 36)
Noah Anderson Entertainment 5th (out of 22)
They recognized kids that were entered in 3 events today, and gave medals to the top 8 individuals triple entered. Out of 22 students, Tessa Hansen received 9th place and Noah Anderson received 10th place, just shy of medals for the Individual Sweepstakes.

Kindergartners had a great time on Friday celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday! We wore silly socks! 4th graders came down to read Dr. Seuss books to the kindergarteners.






The 5th graders read Dr. Seuss books to the 1st graders today to celebrate Read Across America and Dr. Seuss' birthday.


Preschool through 3rd grade celebrated Dr Seuss and Read Across America today. The 3rd graders came in to read their favorite Dr Seuss books with the preschoolers. All students in the lower elementary also designed their own socks that are currently hanging in the main hallway.







Spring Sport Practices begin Monday, March 4 - Track/Golf - and don't forget Pie Social for Speech Monday evening!

BUS SERVICE TODAY: Due to fire hazards in the area, drivers will take extra precautions taking students home. If we are unable to deliver some students we will return them to the school and contact parents and guardians. Please be patient and safety minded when transporting students or approaching the school.

You’re invited to join our students for the Stapleton Speech Showcase & Dessert Fundraiser. An evening full of talented entertainers, you won’t want to miss it! Monday, March 4, desserts begin at 5:30pm, performances start at 6:20pm.

The 2024 FFA Week came to a fun end with a teacher appreciation breakfast this morning and the elementary students participating in mini FFA contests throughout the day. These are just a few of the pictures from throughout the day.







The Preschoolers celebrated their 100th Day of School with a fashion show. Kindergarten students and Mrs. Weems attended the show. The students shared their one-ok-a-kind creations with the audience. They also completed a 100 exercise challenge, did 100 acts of kindness, created the number 100 with stickers, and counted to 100 by 1s and 10s.





A fantastic day at MPCC's Inter-High Competition!!! Over 450 students from 21 high schools competed in all disciplines from accounting and chemistry to mechincs and welding, and everything in between. Our kids did very well, bringing home several individual medals and a team award.

The Stapleton Speech team sent 2 Novice and 2 Varsity members to Elm Creek to compete at Varsity level! Out of 8 entries we brought home 7 medals! And as a team (of only 4 students) we placed 4th out of 12+ schools!
