Snow days will not stop our dress up days! Elementary students are welcome to wear both their favorite hats and their wacky socks tomorrow.

The kindergarten started off their Read Across America/Dr. Seuss Week with a tasty breakfast. Green Eggs and Ham, yum yum!

Read Across America Week started off with a bang yesterday! The second graders experienced a special treat during SEL time. NHS members Rhay and Lexi read "Bartholomew and The Oobleck" with the class, and then they made oobleck!

NO SCHOOL TOMORROW (TUESDAY, MARCH 4TH): Due to forecasted weather there will be no school tomorrow and no activities.

Please join us this Thursday to watch some of the SPS brightest students compete against students from area schools. First questions will be read at 5 PM.

We are celebrating Doctor Seuss this week. Today was dress backward, mixed up, or wacky day. The students did a great job. Tomorrow is Top Hat Day. Wear your favorite hat.

We have 2 RARE students I did not get recognized on Friday so I want to start with them today. These 2 are on the opposite ends of elementary school. The first is a 6th grade student who helped put away math supplies for Mrs. Frey without being asked. The second is a kindergartner who is continually respectful to every classmate and teacher.
